Job Requirements:
1- Minimum Bachelor degree of: Engineering or Computer Science
2- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (IT Management)
3- Experience in implementation, administration & support of business software applications (accounting, distribution, manufacturing or complete ERP software packages)
4- Experience in the installation & administration of small to medium network infrastructure
5- Experience in procurement of computer hardware equipment and evaluation of quotations
6- Good knowledge of Accounting concepts
7- Very good Representation
8- Report writing capabilities
9- Very Good Command of English
10- Experience in MS Office (especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
11- Database administration capabilities or certifications will be a privilege (especially Microsoft SQL Server 2000)
12- IT Experience in a medium to enterprise environment is recommended
13- Experience in IT management of a Retail or Manufacturing company will be a privilege
14- Microsoft Certification in system administration or engineering will be a privilege (e.g. MCP, MCSE, MCSA)
15- Certification in an INTERNETional business software package or ERP package will be a privilage
Job Description:
- Work with a team of senior and junior ERP implementers
- Responsible of implementation of ERP projects including activities like: software installation, training and support, until final delivery and project signoff to customer
- Gather, analyze, document and approve customer customization requirements
- Create system specifications according to customer requirements and approving them from the customer
- Handover of the customer requirements to system designers and architects to develop the requirements
- Monitor development process of the customer requirements until receiving from the development
- Receiving, inspecting and testing developed customer requirements until delivery to customers
- Conducting in-house and on-site software test labs
- Troubleshooting software issues and technical support on software applications via phone, email or on-site visits
- Presentation of software functionality and demonstrations to customers
- Performing periodical system audit and executing software maintenance procedures for customers on-site
- Managing specific customer accounts in terms of support and system related consultation
